As announced on 31 July 2024 and 7 August 2024, the Company has successfully received firm commitments to raise $632,000 via a Placement ( 183 million new fully paid Ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.003) to professional and sophisticated investors. A balance of approximately $156,000 (Tranche 2) will to be completed subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting scheduled to be held on 29 October 2024. The current cash balance plus additional funding will be sufficient to fund the Company’s operations.
Doesnt seem long till another raise, hopefully they can get the price higher before then.
