Sandfire management worked aggressively, all or nothing mindset. it didn’t even take 3.5 years for sandfire management to enter production. were you around SFR era? If you were you’d know the difference between SFR management back then and AW1 management now - busy taking free salaries and options, feeding brokers without any shame, providing no clear path on anything. it’s funny how they always say ‘exciting next year/season’ when what really matters is how they spent the money to achieve what. it’s like dumb kids with shit grade at school asking parents for more pocket money because they think they will do better on next exam lol
