you are missing the point big time here. if they got themselves in the position where they can’t even pay labs… it shows negligence for itself. Taurus fund delayed and they got themselves in the position where they get chased by payable… negligence. it does not matter what circumstances they had. it’s financial negligence and you can’t change the fact.
