yeah I agree and I’m glad you agree with my main point. I don’t have to go to court and go through all the complex things if they try to be transparent. if they don’t I have no option but to submit application. it’s not to insult or accuse this management. we all have our rights to know what happened with our investment especially after we were provided a few questionable quarterlies.
we are living in this real world, not la la land, where you being dumb or reckless can be a criminal matter. if their ‘mistakes’ caused how much damage(let’s say if they were careful with cash and manage to raise at 12(September)or 14c(in late August) where it was already trading on, it will make around $2-4m difference for same amount shares issued. That’s almost a quarter worth of money for AW1) I can’t say, someone needs to be apologetic at least. very expensive mistake it is if it was a mistake. but 45m options to broker, I don’t know how to justify that.
