Having done many trips out to CHA for work scopes, i like the setup and ability to run a lean biz from what has been a declining production facility. The hope-promise of extracting nearshore hydrocarbons give the facilities a decent return “if” further producing wells are found. From a TA perspective the PA reflects a facility at end of life for being a producer, and if new avenues are found PA will be a swift ride to the high side once again. PA is at a macro low accumulation zone, which may see up to another year or so before upside, but once TEG and co are able to turn production on again those that accumulated at this range will be rewarded IMO. NFA DYOR chart below showing how a macro bottom “may” look going forward before major upside, likely we see a nice little run up midway through a bottom accumulation period, but on the other side is where PA would look to staircase up and out, in near term TEG may see a slight further drop in PA, before begins trading in a range for the foreseeable future. The risk to reward and % gain that “may” occur for upside returns is a cheap bet IMO. When the markets macro top in the next 12 months, and go into a negative 6 year cycle, the energy sector, and those stocks that have macro bottomed when the markets macro top likely see some money rotation into them also
