From comments in the report it sounds as though SMI will be looking for a buyer of Cuitaboca when the Ag price lifts: "the Company will investigate strategic and funding alternatives to best realise Cuitaboca’s inherent value, likely as the market improves".
The company is too small to fund two active projects and even with activity largely limited to Chile, they will be looking to raise more funds soon. No doubt they will try and line that up with positive results from the drilling in Region VII.
