Ok so they have a material acquisition. Looked at the balance sheet, spending 700k a qtr and have 701k cash in hand.
How are they going to fund this, and at what dilution?
Guess it is going to have to be amazing, but if so why would the seller sell, take script, cause these boys have no cash, and what is the script worth?
All will be revealed on Monday, thought it was going to be this Weds, Good luck to all.
