    correct me if I am wrong but by my reading they have not even submitted the ML application yet - 'Bayan are following up through the relevant government lines of authority' If that is the case then 'snail's pace' would be wishful thinking as they are almost at a standstill. Remind me never to get into strife over there and expect a fair hearing.
