I think the company has been a little sneaky in that they have let people believe that the ML application was in, when it appears it wasn't (and still isn't). Sneaky because they never actually said it was, but they never said it wasn't either and it was a logical assumption that they would have been able to submit it once it was pulled from our old 'friends' - not happy Jan !
