    AUQ is a long term investment. This Ann changes nothing. This is the way things are done in KSA. There is no formal application form that is filled in to transfer a ML. It will just be announced. Seems the judge is a wimp and just wants the two parties to sort it out so he does not have to make a determination against a local.
