4) vesting conditions ends august 2017 so the most we got to wait is maybe another 8/9 months? I dont think thats viable as Tommy's reputation wont be getting better by all the delays.

you did say you are thinking of buying when announcement is out? so what happens if you buy at 1c compare to 1.5 or 2c when announcement is out (thats to say we are thinking it will jump). You buy certainty in some ways but you are getting 50% or 100% less shares than you could at lower price.
You have done plenty of research, give yourself a big tick but just make sure you dont miss out. Give Paul a call, he is very friendly towards shareholders.
