re: Ann: Quarterly Activities and Cashflow Re... Does anyone know where i should start with some sort of legal proceedings against the directors of our company?
they had a responsibility to look after the interests of shareholders, which they have so blatantly abused, only concerning themselves with lining their own pockets.

i dont think it would be to hard to prove they knew about the impending liongold offer when that fateful announcement was released that caused the sp to tumble overnight.
surely now at this moment it would be in the shareholders best interest to reject the offer!
