7. Other Strateco Resources has been granted an extension to their stay of proceedings order by the Court until 27 January 2017 in order to continue pursuing the litigation case against the Quebec Government. No material impact is expected on Toro by this extension.
Should this be a concern?? Is it likely that Toro will somehow find itself getting dragged into this court case?? I don't know too much how these things work and views are welcome.
