The $1 million of debt will run out in October based on the company's own budget. The options cannot be relied on as a source of capital. Even if VRC is trading above 2 cents at the end of year you still need working capital for the December quarter, at least another $1 million just to cover salaries and admin. And you will still have $1.1 million of debt on the balance sheet.

Do you really think a project budget of $143k is sufficient to complete the targeted items in the quarterly?

And surely you aren't trying to compare VRC to an operating mining company with billions of dollars of debt. Here we go again with talk of FMG, Twiggy, and Buffet.
