Yes Names....l would suggest that the BoD's, through their talks and negotiations, 'know' more about prospective developments re: final testing, BOA's, finance and regulatory processes etc than they can divulge to the market until these are 'inked'....and now certainly moving forward with plans confidently truly believing this going to happen imo....
