I hope one of the regular posters here is fluent with Appendix 5b's
In trying to extract further clues about Focus' plans (in deep research mode now!) I was looking at note 20 of the Annual Report (post balance date events - nothing, apparently), and in the note above it says Focus has been paying Shandong's expenses in Australia and that Focus "has been and is expected to be paid back" and at 31 December was owed more than $100k (page 63). The Appendix 5bs have sections about cash receipts and cash payments to related parties but I can't see anything about the $100k being spend or repaid, let alone however much has been spent and already repaid.
Why Focus would be paying a shareholders expenses, let alone those of a major Chinese state owned enterprise (cant imagine they're short of cash...), is a bit baffling to me so I thought I'd pull on this thread a little. To that end, is there a way to see just how much Focus has been spending on behalf of Shandong, (other than on the Shandong elected staff, management, and directors of course) and whether it is paid back?
