There is one clear new item here and that is zero waste. The residue has a "commercial value". True we knew that the residue could be used in remedial work in an acidic environment, but that was give away value.
The question is whether it is a specific value at this location or general value at all locations. Zero waste even at cost is a winner as there is no longer disposal costs or maintaining of waste stockpiles.
