The arrest of Jacques de Molay, the Grand Master of the Knights Templar, happened in Paris on Friday, Oct. 13, 1307. This event marked the imminent demise of the order for fictitious crimes such as heresy, blasphemy and various obscenities where the king wanted to confiscate the wealth of the sacred order. Hundreds of members of the Order died excruciating deaths by torture and burning at the stake. Will it be a similar fate for COP's defense team in a purely legal sense?

On a more serious note regarding the timeline from here, if it only takes 6 months for the arbiters to agree on the 3rd arbiter then how long might it take for the terms of reference to be agreed?
