Still dealing with technical issues. Unstable ground conditions in parts of A1 Mine required utilization and purchase of shotcrete equipment and ground stabilization. Now operating normally. This issue shut down stoping at A1Mine and gold production.

A1 is now back to production, grades are forecast at 5-7 g/t.

Production was sourced from Union Hill utlizing airleg mining, to produce 3 g/t gold. Had to overcome some technical issues as well.

Throughput at mill hit annualized rate of 180,000 tpa. IMHO management have had to overcome a massive array of issues at both mines. We are lucky that the team have the technical skill to overcome all of these issues. Explains why refinancing effort bogged down.

Going forward IMHO 45,000mt x 4.5 g/t = 6,532 ounces x 90% recovery = 5,879 ounces x A$1,600 = A$9,406,400.

Currently have cash + gold of $1,000,000 so IMHO we scrap thru. New funder will want to see positive results.
