The thought that has been at the back of my mind is that maybe they don't want Twiggy on the share registry. At the moment the major shareholders control the board. Anthony Gray represents Ian Gandel and Dale Rodgers represents his son and maybe they don't want another major shareholder with any control. Maybe Twiggy would demand more transparency and corporate governance.
