    I wouldn't call it "inept". I would call Joe K naive and I would call BPL a wolf in sheeps clothing. It was BPL that could have allowed the dates to be pushed out. But they are now smiling all the way to the bank, while the COB shareholders free carried them to a 30% equity in the only pure cobalt play in Australia. BPL risked nothing. We the shareholders risked it all!!!!!
