    I, and many, were hoping the presidential elections would run smoothly on the 23rd Dec.


    They haven't and looks like a minimum of 3 months of uncertainty are on the cards.  Google DRC elections 2018 - many view points and no real surprise that such a state of affairs has come to pass.
