Consolidation plus name change = new project acquisition and new team IMO.
So my guess is that someone is looking to accumulate at the lowest possible price before consolidation to be left with a few million shares post the 25:1 restructure.
For my mind, I'm expecting that the sp may fall below the 2.5c mark post consolidation and there could therefore be an opportunity to buy at a lower price than can currently be achieved pre-consolidation.
