Elections in this part of the world can put a halt to almost anything not political. The magnitude of this cash cow has seen risk diminished hand over fist but will never stop progress herte. Once elections are done and dusted, MIC approval to follow. The haggling still continues with PSA and that can go on for a while yet.
Next big box to tick would have to be PSA and then MIC application in.
