It seems that completing 'finance' ASAP remains TON's core focus. Who would've guessed?! No sh*t, Sherlock!
I'm having doubts as to whether PC knows what's going on with his Chinese masters. His time frames for finance seem to be nothing more than best guesses. I'd have thought that dealing with an SOE would've delivered finance months ago. If Covid19 has slowed our progress this much then i have serious doubts about construction time lines in Mozambique. I remember it took 9 months for the mining licence to be approved, without a pandemic. Doing business in Africa has always been a challenge.
TON's road to production always seems have speed humps & pot holes.
Never mind, what's another month or 2 of waiting..........
