    It's time that these African Development Banks commit funds rather than just showing an interest.

    Unless funds are delivered the graphite project will remain on the back burner indefinitely. Very disappointing with so much potential untapped.

    Let's see if the Guinea gold at least delivers some positive news this quarter.
