Updating schedules following quarterly report.
Very disappointing about the failure of their ball mill - I would have thought it would have been fairly basic to encase it with a metal cover in the first place to prevent water ingress but then I wouldn't really know. The upshot of this is they'll be operating on a 'mill pass' system until a new or refurbished replacement arrives and is installed - recent history shows that recoveries drop to 40% when this happens. I'm forecasting overall recoveries at the rate of 44% in the March quarter - two months @ 40%, one month @ 52%. This will result in a collapse of metal produced and I'm expecting only 50kt of concentrate to be produced/sold in the Mar quarter - my projections are that the available cash (inc concentrate debtor) at 31Dec21 of $104.7mil will reduce to $92mil at 31Mar22.
There have been no shipments of January production as yet and none are currently being notified as scheduled.
Schedules attached:
1)Cashflow/Sales - estimated actuals for Sep & Dec quarters and forecast for Mar quarter.
2)Shipping schedule - Sep & Dec quarters.
3)Hedging position - current to 31Jan22 - note there is a loss of $8.1mil from hedging in the month of January that will be settled within the next week.
