But I know what would cause TEG's SP to Take Off, that being oil storage tanks being planned or established at the POG or a joint proposal to increase the tank storage at Arrowsmith.
More oil coming, seems to me this has to happen, how and by who is the hurdle, one that State WA needs to jump and quickly. Governments were pathetic in their handling of the Kwinana BP Refinery closure, nows their chance to partially redeem the situation and create some fuel supply security.
