Maybe with point 3 , the company is bought out cheaply so the tax losses can be used by a future company in the same business field , do not pay tax for a few years once profitable , also prevents needing to do the IPO route with having to register the company ?
Sure is interesting how these guys are so good at finding great tenements , but fail to get the tenements viable to mine
