So if you really want know what these people are up to, check
- How they spend their money in the company (responsibly)
- Where else they do their business deals
- Who owns what in each entity, eg. individuals (directors, family, friends/affiliates), trusts, companies etc....
There's laws behind it but people will try to work their way around it regardless with any loopholes, until these people get caught, which is usually not much money left to recover.
