1. Director
- immediate family members
- affiliates/links

2. Ownership of all property, businesses, trusts owned by director, family or affiliates/links

3. All records of business dealings (including property leases) with the said company and investigate no. 1 and no. 2

4. Responsible use of funds (compared to an average of an industry maybe)
- director fees
- payment of services to entities (individuals, trusts, company etc)
