Business is recovering, the tax bill and the way that disclosure was originally handled was the last straw for me. Having said that, wishing long suffering or new punters luck on this. DNA has been the quintessential value trap for years, maybe now the trajectory will change. For me though, big questions marks remain around controlling shareholder plans etc. I don't see how this company gets any institutional support based on the history. I guess it might just be used as a cash box. I don't think pointing to financial metrics is very relevant here, again because of the colourful history and who is now in control of this company.
