unfortunately, this is now a very expensive shell.
They ran out of cash during the quarter and are drawing a loan from the largest shareholder.
They have no equity in their flagship project as they haven't exercised the option yet, which will cost a few mill.
What's the plan MDF? Convert the loan then what?
New project with a capital raise?
