he has no options for raising $ in Australia as everyone has been burnt - Chinese want to get a foothold in the pacific - the other party desperate to keep their lifestyle going. Win win for both parties. Wouldn't want to piss the Chinese off though...it's an easy way to get investment dollars into a new banking system...
