Financials look impressive at first glance, but it's all due to an unfeasibly high win rate at Star Vegas. Turnover was actually down compared to the Dec 23 quarter, while the number of players was flat, and actually down against the March 2023 quarter. The business is profitable, but not growing. It was a similar story at Aristo.
If they don't have to spend the cash on Vietnamese tax, or on refurbishment of the properties (which must be overdue), then they could start paying dividends soon. But those are big ifs.
