    Well...the payment period is between 2 and 3 years
    (One loan has to get paid by 2026 and another in mid 2027)

    interest is 6%

    so less than 1mn interest per year

    lets assume they have to pay the 9mn tax

    29(cash)-9(tax)-16(debt)=4

    to say a company that's making 25mn EBITDA per year is on "shaky ground" because it ONLY has $4mn net cash in the bank is a bit of a stretch, NO?
