You must be looking at a completely different report to me, they're making bank.
EBITDA: $6.3M (for the quarter)
EV: ~$50M (assuming they're liable for the tax bill)
That's 8 EV/EBITDA on this quarter alone. 2 annualised.
Are there risks? Yes, but there are also tailwinds.
Sapa will boom when the airport is active.
Remains a bargain below 8c IMO.
