Is that not .....what I have been saying for months??
Now leasing,,,,, careful what you wish for.... creates a massive liability ...which must be shown in the accounts...... at least with a purchase,,,, and progress payments... these are 'asset backed'..... ask any accountant..... had FAR executed a lease.... they would be insolvent ...now... instead of in 6 months....imo.
