Too late Doc they have already bought the tanker.Im not buying this line Doc simply because Cne said over 2 years ago they were leasing...... It's asking me to believe no one checked?
AddAdd to that if they knew in January they were buying surely Cne would have known the cost by September?WhyEven if they did 1.2 billion would be one of the most expensive Fpso builds ever.....and that would be for a 250k bopd.
