In 6 months FAR will be broke, you do realise that?
They have no option but to meet cash calls or they will be in default and still have to pay eventually.
They cannot default when they have cash in the bank and will have to use it all up first.
They have to abide by the PSA/JOA like everyone else in the J/V has to.
DB tried to get a conversation on default even though he knows they cannot until the money has gone, that's why it was ignored.
Now he wants to give it away...lol.
