What the whole debacle shows is the complete incompetence of both FAR executives and FAR board to understand the considerable risks associated with developing this project. What have they not screwed up? No evidence of FAR planning / war gaming / risk management on the considerable risks. I grant them an exemption for Covid19, but the rest has been an epic fail by executives / board members.
I can only conclude the FAR personnel involved in these decisions were niave / incompetent and completely inexperienced to develop such a project.
I expected something better than this when Michael Evans was running the show back in the day. With hindsight, the day we merged with Flow / GOP was when this turned on us like a sick dog.
