so.. as a stand-alone on Face value announcement
they made $189k and lost $288k..

sooo they spent $476k to make $189k..

yeah based on the history and that not really as sustainable model I can see why AsX would be hesistent to allow stock to trade yet.

there is impied hope -- the company is in a phase of growth .. let's be generous and say they pivotted haha...
and err after this pivot now they need to secure some external financing to sustain short term operation.. they recieved $305k financing in the quarter .. eck

again being generous let's say they impress someone that all approvals will be smooth and quick - thus cash flow will be great in 2025 ... well then we aren't down and out for the count..

so please correct me as my brain in Xmas mode ...

1. we need a license amendment approval from DWE to operate maddington metals shredding to begin in 2025

2. once this is granted asx might lift trade halt .let's say this happens end of Q2, but will need to see a good plan with a chance to see positive cashflow .. probably actual see it .. so at best mid to late 2025 is my guess

3. they have proven they can't control costs .. which is the opposite must do.. but let's be kind again and say they have to tredd water for now as letting go key costs will mean re getting them later and might be hard .. don't shoot me I'm trying to be positive..

so I guess this is Xmas present note -- the company isn't dead yet .. it's close .. but there is hope .. it is possible by this time next year they have proven self and trade halt lifts.. keep in bottom draw a bit longer..

things that could speed this up?.. well a Cr or strat partnership or sales explode , or a new credit facility (ouch).. the important thing is this announcement give me confidence it's not dead..

merry Xmas all holders stuck.. this is actually good news haha.. well not the worst news..
