Might be linked to some of the Chinese staff taking stock v cash, maybe they have started to request cash?
I would not see it as a bad thing to see Corp costs increasing if they are beefing up to accelerate sales etc. As I have said I think they have under invested in the business, time to put the foot down, spend up and go all out. They should not be fearful or raising to accelerate growth.
