The turbine (C3) beside the destroyed one (C4) is expected back in service soon... the date just keeps shifting out at the moment, probably hesitancy if they aren't entirely sure why C4 blew. When this comes back online, prices will begin to stabilise again.

As an aside, it's only just occurred to me that it was C4 that blew... you think if they named it C5 instead this would never have happened?
