The share price is irrelevant for either scenario you put forward as long as we sufficient cashflow. If the price was being manipulated it will eventually find fair value as long as the company keeps executing. Lack of sales / revenue is the only thing we need to worry about, and presently we look to be in a good position. If some big contracts come off - no one will be able to keep the price down. No one.
This isnt a stock to buy for weeks or months - EOS will play out over years…
