If you noticed that all those companies are not doing well... IMO... Look at IMC which is on trading freeze for last 1 month.. RGS did CR recently ...share price is down so is RAP... !!
That is not just him, but if you look at Martin who is on the board of CDY a company started as a biotechnology company now selling hair shampoo for hair growth IMO... ...and share price is significantly down..... !
if you think about OSL, this two man are on board for long, and they are easy to get rid of CEO but not themselves... IMO.
certainly I will be voting against them in next AGM if they stending for re-election. I will be also voting against any remuneration report which gives director options or any recommendation to raise 15% additional capacity.
