Yep, highly skilled at the art of altering the facade of an apparently normal looking ASX business with the intention of......Always use jurisdictions which are difficult to prosecute, be careful not to break any laws in order to continue the charade and move money by sleight of hand.
I just hope they make a greedy mistake like Peter Landau and Jane Flegg (Former CTR co-directors) and wind up in the courts.
