IMO it would be good in the 4C to have the R&D spend itemized to show the US and Oz components, so we know the % that would qualify for the R&D rebate. Also in the 4C in 8.5) 'Estimated Quarters of Funding Available' they have come up with 18.80. If you accept that the R&D rebate is annual and not quarterly and calculate on that assumption, the funding available should fund 10.2 quarters.
