Here is a tip to get all the meat of the frame. Once filleted you can usually cut off some smaller slices of Sashimi.
Then get a desert spoon and scrap the flesh off between the back bone and bones. Usually you can get enough flesh to make up 6-8 nice size balls. Raw or pan fry or Thai fish cakes.
