Cheers for the tips, I’ll give it a go next time. They’re not that bad eating really, I’m just a bit spoilt cause we get a lot of coral trout and tusk fish here. But chopping the GT up into little strips and crumbing them are miles in front of the fish fingers you buy from coles and Woolworths
